Christmas Carols, Attempt 1

I just came from the Christmas carols at the Le Royal.
I went with my sister, brother and my cousin. As usual I went about half an hour late and missed the whole thing (The guys hated me) :)
Ofcourse I had to park about a zillion feet away from the hotel because the Parking of all hotels in Jordan are closed due to security issues :-/
But two girls of the concert kept singing out of the theater room so I managed to feel 2-songs-out-of-the-zillion-carols-that-form-the-spirit-of-Christmas :(

afterwards, We decided to wonder around since a Christmas bazaar was held there too.
We enjoyed the beautiful decorations including the Coca-cola Christmas tree and the other-stuff-Christmas-trees like beer and smoke :(
CocaCola cans or bear cans were hang over the tree. The Coca-cola one was nice but using the Christmas tree for promoting some type of cigarettes is a bad thing to do. It's Christmas people. Love and Blessings. I just hate smoking to the extreme. And although, red decorations were all over the place with Santa ringing bells, I think that No-Christmas-music-in-the-background was irritating.

I took pictures with my mobile (although not so clear) and had some fun.
On my way back home I received an SMS from Hind saying "Guess with who I am with right now" (Message as written on my mobile EXACTLY)

I thought it could be either Roba or Natasha. So I started with a "Roba" SMS, but it appeared out to be "Natasha". (My second guess since Natasha had just came to Amman Today)
They were attending Christmas Carols at some place or maybe a concert for christmas. (Doesn't really matter)

Well, I wanted to feel the spirit of christmas but It seemed today is not the day to do that. I need to feel the Spirit not to drink it :)

Hi NADER,
I CAME ACROSS YOUR BLOG FROM NATASHA'S BLOG AND I HAVE TO SAY I ENJOY READING IT. I TOO AM JORDANIAN, BUT BORN IN CALIFORNIA.
I JUST WANTED TO AGREE WITH YOU ON THE FACT THAT FEELING THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT IS SOME WHAT HARD AT TIMES DUE TO THE UNFORTUNATE COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
I THINK THE BEST THING TO DO IS NOT TO WATCH ANY TV, GO TO ANY SHOPPING MALLS, AND INSTEAD, SPEND MORE TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO APPRECIATE WHAT THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS REALLY ABOUT.
I LOOK FORWARD TO READING MORE OF YOUR BLOG. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
