Quality Defined

A nice definition of Quality I just passed by:

Quality is part of the process, it's in the doing.
Quality isn't a set of rules or a set of metrics; it's in the spirit of the smallest of our daily activities.
It is a verb trapped in a noun's body.

And Eman, It is the habit and the act of doing the thing.

Yeah, I too liked the part "It is a verb trapped in a noun's body" :)

And I agree, Quality isn't a step in the process, it's the spirit of the process.

Quality control isn't a step that comes at the end, it's built into every task.

That's the point MMM, "it's the spirit of the process"
